When it comes to Online Business Ideas – if you are having a problem, it’s most likely to be somewhere within this journey
Hi I’m Anthony and here at Carfile Systems, we concentrate on providing services to enhance small businesses with online business success…
It’s not something that is considered often, but how an individual is introduced to you or your company, can have a massive impact on their likelihood of doing business with you.
If you’re struggling to get things to work – it’s most likely to be somewhere within the journey the customer experiences. Let’s take a look at these 7 different stages.
Firstly, how aware is your potential customer? What I mean by this is how aware the customer is of the problem that they are experiencing. Do they know about you and what your product can do…Or are they not aware of your product, but have a desire to fix their problem…or are they not yet aware that they actually have a problem…
Second, once you know how aware the potential customer is – this will determine how they are introduced to you and your business. This could mean more information is required for those that are less informed and less for those that already know about you…
Third, when the potential customer has been introduced to you – it is important to determine who is interested to give you their information, in exchange for something. If you can figure this out, then you know who is more likely to purchase from you…
Fourth, when you have that potential customer’s information, it is necessary to immediately determine, who of them are willing to purchase from you now, to solve their problem. You can then understand who of them are likely to buy from you again in the future.
Fifth, when you know who will purchase from you, you then want to figure out who is willing to spend more NOW, to solve their problems. If you don’t provide more opportunities to this customer, will mean they may look elsewhere for these solutions…
Sixth, now that the customer will be getting incredible value from you – it is time to build your relationship with them. This is a longer process – where over time, you will offer even more value and later suggest other products, which they may wish to get from you.
Seventh and final stage, if your business has products that are a very high investment – sales of these are unlikely to happen online. Changing where these interactions occur – can mean a massive success for your business…
So to recap, look at what your business is doing at each stage of the customer journey. Research what your competitors are doing and how are they catering to each of these. The better understanding of this, the better you can serve your customers and deliver them real value.
